How to Use Your Calling Features


Bulleri offers tips to use, deactivate and program different features that we offer.


OUTBOUND CALLING

Dial up to 8 telephone numbers with just a few digits
TO PROGRAM: Press 74#, Dial a 1 digit code (2-9) you pick, then complete the telephone number it will represent.
TO USE: Press the 1 digit code for the telephone number you want to call, plus the # key

Select when your name and number will be sent with outgoing calls
TO USE: To block your name and number from being sent, Press *67. Listen for dial tone and place call.
TO DEACTIVATE: Feature automatically deactivates when you hang up.

Prevents your name and number from being sent with outgoing calls
TO USE: Your name and number are automatically blocked on every call you make with no action required.
TO DEACTIVATE: To allow your name and number to be sent, Press *82. Listen for dial tone and place call. Feature will automatically activate and block your name and number on all calls when you hang up.

Call the last call you received without having to dial the number
TO USE: Press *69. If the called number is available, your call will be completed. *69 also works if you have Call Waiting, and hear a second call, but don't want to interrupt your conversation
TO DEACTIVATE: Press * 89.

The telephone network will redial a busy number for you
TO USE: Press *66 then hang up. It will let you know when the called number is available with a distinctive ring. *66 Repeat Dial will check the line for up to 30 minutes.
TO DEACTIVATE: Press *86.

Three people can talk on the same call at the same time
TO USE: Dial the number, press and release the receiver (or flash) button to get a second dial tone, then dial the second number. Press and release the receiver (or flash) button again to connect the two calls.


INBOUND CALLING

Two telephone numbers on the same line, the second number has a distinctive ring
TO USE: Listen for the normal ring and distinctive ringing when someone calls. Answer the appropriate ring.

Unique ring for up to 10 incoming callers
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *61 and follow the instructions.
TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *61 and follow the instructions (in some areas you'll need to press *82 to turn off)
TO PROGRAM: To program, press *61 and follow the instructions

Rings through for up to 12 incoming callers, others get a “not receiving calls” message
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *64 and follow the instructions.
TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *64 and follow the instructions
TO PROGRAM: To program, press *64 and follow the instructions

Block up to 12 incoming callers that you don’t want to speak to
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *60 and follow the instructions.
TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *60 and follow the instructions (in some areas you'll need to press *80 to turn off)
TO PROGRAM: To program, press *60 and follow the instructions

Reject incoming calls that have their calling info (name/number) blocked
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *77

TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *87

Provides caller name and number on incoming calls
TO USE:
When you receive a call, the caller's name and number will appear on the Caller ID display screen after the first ring – unless the caller has chosen to block it or the number is unavailable.
REQUIREMENTS: Caller ID display equipment is required and can be purchased at many retail stores.

Capture info on incoming calls for law enforcement

O ACTIVATE: Press *57 to activate Call Trace of the last call received.
TO DEACTIVATE: Feature automatically deactivates after it has captured the information of the last call received.

Call Waiting tone notifies you of an incoming call
TO USE: While on the phone, a beep tone alerts you to another call. Press and release the receiver (or flash) button to be connected to the Call Waiting party. Press and release the receiver (or flash) button to return to the original call.

Turns off Call Waiting tone on incoming calls
TO USE: To turn off Call Waiting for a single call, press *70 before making the call. To turn off Call Waiting during a call, press and quickly release the receiver(or flash) button, dial *70, and press and release the button again to return to your call.

TO DEACTIVATE: Once you have completed your call, Call Waiting-Cancel will deactivate and Call Waiting will activate. (Feature automatically deactivates when you hang up.)

Forward busy and/or no answer incoming calls to different telephone numbers as follows:
Call Forward-Busy
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *90. At the dial tone, enter the number you want your calls to be forwarded to. If the line is busy or doesn't answer, repeat the above process and it will be activated.
TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *91.

Call Forward-No Answer
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *92. At the dial tone, enter the number you want your calls to be forwarded to. If the line is busy or doesn't answer, repeat the above process and it will be activated.

TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *93.

Forward incoming calls to a single telephone number that you can change as required
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on, press *72. At the dial tone, enter the number you want your calls to be forwarded to. If the line is busy or doesn't answer, repeat the above process and it will be activated.
TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off, press *73.

Forward up to 12 incoming callers to a fixed telephone number
TO ACTIVATE: To turn on press *63 and follow the instructions.
TO DEACTIVATE: To turn off press *63 and follow the instructions.(In some areas, you'll need to press *83 to turn off.)
TO PROGRAM: To program press *63 and follow the instructions.
