Dear Bulleri Fan,
Bulleri Networks wants you to know that we appreciate you as a subscriber and we are always looking for opportunities to significantly improve our services. On that note, we will be upgrading the services that we provide to you during the month of August.
Here are some of the new features that you’ll enjoy:
• An updated home page where you can access the most current world and local news, weather, financial tips, and entertainment. • Improved easy-to-navigate Web mail interface with complete support for tasks and calendar events. When you are out on the road, you will have complete access to email, calendars, notes, addresses, and tasks. Because this is a completely new Web-mail interface, we need your help. We are able to import all of your email from your inbox on the Web to the new system; however, we are not able to import any of your current Web-based personal email folders or address book entries. Starting September 1st 2009, you will have 60 days to copy any email or address book entries from our existing Web-based email solution to the new one or to your local computer. • A new, easy-to-use, and very powerful Spam & Virus control panel. • A new online payment center with account management features. Instantly activate or deactivate up to 6 emails and 5 aliases per account. • Domestic 24-hour Call Center Support. Get help with technical support, customer service, and billing questions. • Expanded nationwide dial-up access, complete with dial-up search. Great for traveling! • We’re instituting a new referral program where you can earn a FREE month of Internet access for every friend you send our way. Send 12 friends and get a year’s worth of Internet service FREE! • We will be transferring your personal Web space files (if you have any) to an upgraded server on September 1, 2009 and will be shutting down our FTP server temporarily. The server is scheduled to be down no more than 6 hours starting at 12:00 a.m. PDT.
Starting in the month of September 2009, we will be sending out your bill for Internet services via email (or by U.S. Postal mail if previously requested) on the 10th of each month. A reminder email will be sent out on the 20th. Payments are due by the 1st for that month’s Internet service through your new home page. Service will start at the beginning of the month and will expire at the end of the month. If you choose, you can choose to have your account automatically paid with your preferred credit/debit card, e-check, or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
If you typically pay by check or cash during the month of September 2009 (after the month of service has started), you may want to sign up to pay by bank debit or credit card in August 2009 to avoid any possible service interruptions. You will receive an email invoice or statement showing the amount due for September 2009 in late August 2009 as a reminder.
